Revenue Management Onboarding

To dispute refunds and/or manage online statuses on your behalf, Checkmate requires access to your third party delivery partner portals.

Log in to each delivery partner portal.

For Refund & Dispute Management: Set up a new user with the email: Hello+[YOUR BRAND NAME]@inrevsrv.com.

For Online Management: Set up a new user with the email: OM+[YOUR BRAND NAME]@inrevsrv.com.

Ex: If your brand is 'Pizza House', the email is Hello+PizzaHouse@inrevsrv.com. If an error occurs, modify your email by adding an MMDD suffix, such as Hello+PizzaHouse0311@inrevsrv.com, where '0311' indicates March 11.

Assign 'Store Manager' rights to this user for all locations.

If needed, use:
- First Name: CM
- Last Name: Management
