In 2018, Tarka Indian Kitchen was inundated with online orders strewn across a mess of tablets connected to each delivery provider. They needed a solution to eliminate tablets in their restaurants and the manual order entry slowing down their operations. Their team discovered Checkmate and implemented their Menu Management solution later that year. To streamline digital operations further, Tarka Indian Kitchen has started implementing Web & App Ordering to replace their existing first-party ordering site with a fully customized experience for customers.
